Finance Accepted and Adopted Resolution Authorizing the Levy of a Special Tax in <br />Community Facility District 90-1, RESOLUTIONNO. R-83-9 7. <br />11 Finance - ]PULLED FOR SEPARATE VOTE: Motion/second by CM Hutton and Mayor <br />Gaytan to Accept and Adopt the Resolution Authorizing the Assessment in the Amount of <br />$112,400 for the 1970 Electric Utility General Obligation Bonds, RESOLUTIONNO. R-84- <br />97, carried with CM Sanders and CM Bennett voting "No and CM Sandoval absent. <br />12. Bid - PULLED FOR SEPARATE VOTE: Assistant Finance Director Johnson addressed an <br />error on how the bid should be awarded. From the corrected memorandum, she read the <br />proper recommendation: Staff recommended awarding of Bid to Utility Products in the <br />amount of $34;147.06; to Southwest Power in the amount of $14,511.77; to WESCO Utility <br />in the amount of $10,013.53 and to Pauwels Transformers in the amount of $12,821.17. <br />Motion/second'by CM Sanders/Cook carried with CM Sandoval absent. <br />13. Bid - Awarded Bid for Wire -Cable for the Electric Dept. to Utility Products in the Amount of <br />$2,754.09 and WESCO Utility in the Amount of $38,851. <br />14. Electric - CONTINUED TO AUGUST 19, 1997: Approve and Accept all Easements and <br />Right-of-ways for Transmission and Distribution Lines of the Gale A Drews Substation <br />Electric Service to the County Medical Center and Others. <br />15. Neighborhood Services - Approved Change Order for the CDBG Grant Funded Paul J. Rogers <br />Child Care Facility in the Amount of $2,306.06. <br />16. Neighborhood Services - PULLED FOR DISCUSSION: After discussion, motion and <br />second by CM Sanders/Chastain to Authorize the Director of the Neighborhood Services <br />Department to sign Contract Instructor Agreements, as reviewed by the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission, and to authorize the use of the Agreement Format, approved by the City <br />Attorney, to include the Commission's vote, carried with CM Sandoval absent. <br />17.
