Mayor Gaytan spoke about his recent trip to San Antonio, through IVDA, and the City's role in that agency. :He referred to reorganization at City Hall, with ties to the business community and relocation of the Police Department possibly to the Cooley Ranch area. Police Chief Lunsford made brief comment. City Attorney Biggs advised that if further discussion and action was sought that the item would need to be agendized. AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager. Interim City Manager Wood asked that Agenda Item Nos. 6 and 14 be pulled and continued to the next regular meeting. Agenda Item 11, 12, and 16 were pulled for discussion. Item 20 was pulled. Motion/second by CM Sanders/Hutton accept and approve the Consent Calendar, except for Items Nos. 2, 6 11, 12, 14, 16 and 20. Motion carried with CM Sandoval absent. CONSENT CALENDAR 1.
