City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session, pursuant to <br />Government Code §54957.6, regarding the following personnel matter: Performance <br />Evaluation: City Attorney. There was no reportable action. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session, pursuant to <br />Government Code §54956.9(b), to confer with its Legal Counsel regarding the following <br />matter of pending litigation: Barnes. De La Cruz & Newhaven v. City of Colton. On motion <br />of CM Hutton, seconded by CM Cook, Council approved settlement of this matter by the <br />payment of $3,527.98. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session to confer <br />with Legal Counsel regarding one matter of significant exposure to potential litigation, <br />pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(b).
