As to the overcharges, City Treasurer Williams opined that there was no nullor impact for <br />the City, He said he had been actively- involved in the administration of the debt issuances and he <br />believed there would be nothing impacted by that lawsuit. discussion continued regarding sweep <br />funds, single _f:arnily mortgage revenue bend issues, bear bond issues, and escheated funds. <br />After discussion regarding A 78-2. and AD79-1, City Treasurer Williams explained that AD78-2 <br />was no loner active and AD7-_1bends would be called on July 2'� He said rendswonld be <br />made to everybody that had a levy on the tax roll for the 1996-97 year because of the bankruptcy <br />
