Study of Housing Costs <br />SCAG Memorandum on RTIP Proposals <br />SANBAG List of Endorsed Projects <br />Land Use Education and Training Project Scheduled in San Bernardino - March 21, 1997 <br />Scorecard for Southern California <br />Creation Local MPO'S <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session pursuant to <br />Government Code §54957.6 to confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, <br />regarding negotiations with representatives of the Police Rank & File, Police Management, General, <br />Management/Confidential and IBEW Bargaining Units. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session pursuant to <br />Government Code §56956.9(b) regarding the following matters of pending litigation: <br />City of Colton vs. Allan Steward <br />City of ColtQn vs. Club 215 <br />Claim of PCL Civil Constructors. Inc. vs City of Colton <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session pursuant to <br />Government Code §54956.9(b) to confer with legal counsel one matter of significant exposure to <br />litigation. <br />City Attorney Biggs said it was expected that there may be action on one or more of these items. <br />At 10:37 p.m., Mayor Gaytan declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session and at 12:22 a.m., <br />meeting reconvened with all Members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced the City Council did meet in Closed Session pursuant to Government <br />Code §54957.6 to confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, regarding negotiations <br />with representatives of the Police Rank & File, Police Management, General, Management <br />/Confidential and IBEW Bargaining Units with no reportable action taken. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced the City Council did meet in Closed Session pursuant to Government <br />Code §56956.9(b) regarding the following matters of pending litigation: <br />• City of Colton vs. Allan Steward - with no reportable action taken. <br />• City of Colton vs. Club 215 - with no reportable action taken. <br />• Claim of PCI, Civil Constructors.
