After further discussion, motion by Mayor Gaytan, seconded by CM Cook, to approve Agenda <br />Item 10, resulted in a tied vote with Mayor Gaytan and CM Sanders and Cook voting "Yes" and <br />with CM Hutton, Chastain and Bennett voting "No." CM Sandoval was absent. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(3) Minutes - Approved Minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 21, 1997 and <br />Adjourned Meeting held November 12, 1997, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(4) Warrants - Warrant No. 11750 was pulled and declared void.
