City Attorney Biggs declared that the City Council did meet in Closed Session, pursuant to G. <br />C. §54957.6, to confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Ferna,ndez Harmon, regarding <br />negotiations with representatives of the Fire, Police Rank & File and Police Management <br />Bargaining Units.
