City Attorney Biggs reported that the Council did not reach either of the matters under Item B <br />which had to do with Closed Session to confer with Legal Counsel regarding two personnel <br />matters pursuant to the Government Code Section 54957 involving potential discipline, dismissal <br />or release, one of those matters was scheduled to be heard in public. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that the Closed Session item regarding the personnel matter of <br />potential discipline, dismissal or release for the Assistant City Manager and the open session <br />regarding the personnel matter of potential discipline, dismissal or release for the City Manager <br />will be continued to June 30, 1997 at 4:30 p.m. At that time Council will continue to meet on <br />Item A.
