Finance Director Vega presented. CITY CLERK After budget figures were presented, City Clerk Carolina Barrera responded to inquiry regarding temporary allocations and professional services. CITY MANAGER In response to specific inquiry, City Manager Garcia said that part-time allocations identified as temporary salaries would be assigned an appropriate title before approval of the final budget. FINANCE Finance Director Vega addressed questions regarding the need for temporary services. There was a request for the Human Resource Department to work on a substitute, on-call process versus the use of a temporary agency employee and Finance Director Vega said a report would follow. Additionally, Director Vega explained that bank fees were assessed for credit card use. RECESS: At 9:14 P. M., a recess was declared and at 9:43 P.
