MOTION/VOTE: On motion/second by CM Sanders/Mayor Gaytan a Joint Meeting with the Parks & Recreation Commission was set for Thursday, August 20, 1998, at 4:30 P. M., or an alternative date. ITEM 10 - PERSONNEL Discussion had regarding the assignment of Maintenance Worker 1, a building maintenance position. MOTION/VOTE: On motion/second by CM Hutton/Sanders that the Maintenance Worker I position be listed under and assigned out of the Building Maintenance Division of the Public Works Department and permanently assigned to the Human Service/Recreation Division for maintenance purposes.
