The following City Officials were sworn into office by City Clerk Barrera: Council Member Richard DeLaRosa, Council Member Donald Sanders, 'Council Member Betty Cook and Mayor Karl Gaytan. COMMENTS FROM INCOMING CITY OFFICIALS: Introduction of family members, comments on individual goals and vision for the City of Colton and expressions of gratitude were expressed by the newly -elected and sworn City officials: CM Donald Sanders, CM Richard DeLaRosa, CM Betty Cook and Mayor Karl Gaytan. Notice of Completion - CFD 89-1 In response to questions regarding the median, City Manager Garcia said the City had the trees for planting, that time had been spent reseeding, mowing, and weeding the particular area. He reported that the City had solved the booster problem regarding regulations.
