He stated the plan <br />would be presented to Utilities Commission. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Bennett/Cook to accept Staff's recommendation with <br />additional direction to add Reche Canyon issues to the study and to send the capital improvement <br />program as modified to the Utilities Commission for its review and recommendation. Unanimous <br />vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />Jean Hart spoke on a senior activity by the Neighborhood Services. <br />Bill Yahn spoke on Taormina contract; litigation and term limits. <br />Council Mins February 17, 1998 3 <br />
