CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 02, 1998 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above given date at 5:51 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Gaytan, presiding. <br />CLOSED SESSION.- <br />Mayor <br />ESSION:Mayor Gaytan announced there was an urgency to Closed Session Item "A" and requested that <br />the matter be advanced to the beginning of the agenda. <br />l <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Chastain/Cook to advance Closed Session Item "A" <br />carried with no opposition to the motion. Hutton (111) <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Carvalho noted that the following item was being taken out of turn due to the fact <br />that it is a Closed _Session item involving Legal Counsel now present and Council wished to take <br />the person in quickly. <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b): <br />Number of Cases: One personnel matter. <br />RECESS <br />At 5:52 P.M., the meeting was declared adjourned to Closed Session and at 6:40 P.
