C. <br />• Quintin Marley, President of the Colton Cultural Exchange Club, presented Certificates of <br />Recognition to Colton High School students Anita Hernandez and Nerissa Silva, for their trip <br />to Spain. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS; <br />Services Agreement <br />r <br />Tim Trewyn, Assistant Electric Utility Director, explained that the recent merger of San Diego <br />Gas and Electric with Southern California Gas Company resulted in reorganization and Enova <br />was transferring its responsibilities to Sempra: <br />Council Mins November 17, 1998 1 <br />T <br />
