Add Item re Workshop <br />City Manager Garcia requested that an item be added to the agenda to allow the City Manager <br />and City Council to attend a leadership team workshop in Pomona on January 20, 1999 to <br />January 22, 1999. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by Mayor Gaytan/CM Hutton to add the item to the agenda <br />based on findings (not articulated) carried upon unanimous vote. City Attorney Carvalho <br />concurred on the findings: <br />Motion/second by CM Hutton/Cook to approve the request to allow the City Manager and City <br />Council to attend the leadership teamconference in Pomona carried upon unanimous vote. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />City Attorney Carvalho announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />the items listed below.
