Add Item re Workshop City Manager Garcia requested that an item be added to the agenda to allow the City Manager and City Council to attend a leadership team workshop in Pomona on January 20, 1999 to January 22, 1999. MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by Mayor Gaytan/CM Hutton to add the item to the agenda based on findings (not articulated) carried upon unanimous vote. City Attorney Carvalho concurred on the findings: Motion/second by CM Hutton/Cook to approve the request to allow the City Manager and City Council to attend the leadership teamconference in Pomona carried upon unanimous vote.
