City Attorney Carvalho advised that with passage of first reading, if changes to the ordinance were made, the matter would have to be returned to the Planning Commission. She indicated that there was a typographical Error on Page 7 of the document. In subsection D, Section 18.39.060, there was a reference to application for conditional use permit. The proposed ordinance did not require a conditional use permit, so that language would be stricken, as a typographical error. The corrected section shall read as follows: "D. At the time of submittal of a development plan or application, its height above ground level and its cell coverage." Ken Norton for Cox Communications asked for reconsideration of limits in the IP Zone. Director Zamora responded. MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Hutton/Cook to waive full reading and pass- second reading of the Ordinance adopting a new chapter - Chapter 18.39 Relating to Communication Towers and Communication Antennas, ORDINANCE NO. 0-20-98.
