City Attorney Carvalho advised that with <br />passage of first reading, if changes to the ordinance were made, the matter would have to be <br />returned to the Planning Commission. She indicated that there was a typographical Error on Page <br />7 of the document. In subsection D, Section 18.39.060, there was a reference to application for <br />conditional use permit. The proposed ordinance did not require a conditional use permit, so that <br />language would be stricken, as a typographical error. The corrected section shall read as follows: <br />"D. At the time of submittal of a development plan or application, its height <br />above ground level and its cell coverage." <br />Ken Norton for Cox Communications asked for reconsideration of limits in the IP Zone. <br />Director Zamora responded. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Hutton/Cook to waive full reading and pass- second <br />reading of the Ordinance adopting a new chapter - Chapter 18.39 Relating to Communication <br />Towers and Communication Antennas, ORDINANCE NO. 0-20-98.
