MOTION/VOTE Motion/second by CM Cook/Chastain to add the matter of Anderson v. City <br />of Colton, <br />`SCV 14981, to the present Agenda, under Closed Session. Motion carried with. CM <br />Bennett abstaining therefrom [No basis provided.] <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens commented on community concerns: Jean Ferrante, John Longfield, Stan <br />Stosel, Ann Kolman, Jim Ott, John Mitchell and Steve Henderson. <br />EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT: <br />Mayor Gaytan announced there was a toxic spill outside of City Hall and declared an emergency. <br />He directed everyone to evacuate the building immediately. Mayor Gaytan moved, seconded by <br />CM Chastain and with consensus of Council, to carry the balance of the Agenda to the next <br />Regular Meeting of November 3, 1998. All of the remaining speakers and items will be called <br />first: Steve Anderson, Andrew Ibarra and L. W.
