The Citywide Volunteer Recognition event was <br />announced for April 15, 1999. <br />)o- Proclamation was read declaring April 25, 1999 to May 1, 1999 as National Victim's Week. <br />Police Chief Crowe described the crime free multi -housing program and Certificates of <br />Appreciation were presented to the Apartment Managers who participated: Karen Posey, <br />Linda Clark, Jeff Kokinda, Larry Durbin, Carol Grubbs, Christy Dana, Veronica Brammer, <br />Joseph Cruz and Donna Hurley. <br />Proclamation was read declaring April 12-18, 1999 as Architecture Week; Community <br />Development Director Zamora accepted the document. <br />City Council Mins April 6, 1999 1 <br />
