District 3: CM Chastain inquired about the playground equipment at Cesar Chavez Park. City Manager Garcia confirmed the playground equipment would be done by Friday. CM Chastain spoke about the Fire Department's Santa Claus Tour and the Fire Department's Make a Child Smile Project. She invited everyone to the Christmas Parade and Street Faire. District 2: CM DeLaRosa assured the residents of 81h Street and Johnston Street that the Public Works Department was investigating the standing water in that area. Public Works Director said engineering surveys were being conducted. After inquiry, CM DelaRosa informed that Bryn Mawr Court and Briton Court do not need water line replacement and that funding would be sought to pave these streets in the year 2000 or 2001.
