R-19-" recommending that the Inland Valley Development Agency submit an application to the California Trade and Commerce Agency for Local Area Military Base Recovery Area Designation at the former Norton Air Force Base, San Bernardino, California and designating the Inland Valley Development Agency as the lead agency for such purposes.
