(4) Minutes - Approved Minutes for the Regular Meeting held February 2, 1999 on file in the Office <br />of the City Clerk. <br />(5) Warr - Approved Payable Warrants #22264 to #22456, dated 01/21/99, totaling $951,546.86; <br />Payable Warrants #22457 to #22666, dated 01/28/99, totaling $743,315.21; Payroll Warrants <br />#193215 to #193583, dated 02/09/99, totaling $434,261.17, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(6) Bid - Granted award of the 1998/99 Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Phase 11 Construction <br />Contract, in the amount of $380,466.99, to All American Asphalt the lowest responsible bidder <br />and authorized a contingency fund in the amount of $175,050.01. <br />(7) Claim - Denied the Claim against the City submitted by Shirley Hullinger. <br />(8) Police Dispatcher/Record Clerk Unit - Approved and adopted the Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) and its resolution; approved and adopted the salary resolution for the Police <br />Dispatcher/Records Clerk Unit; and, established a New Position for the Unit, RESOLUTION <br />NOS.
