Determination made that only specific reports would be brought forward as requested by Councilmembers who needed further clarification or additional direction to staff. #12 — Capital Projects Team Goals & Objectives CM Chastain and CM DeLaRosa raised the question as to the completion of street pavement as indicate on the map. City Manager Garcia directed Director Hutton to meet with the Councilmembers after adjournment of the meeting. #18 — Implement Adopt -A -Park Program CM Chastain suggested that at a future date, the development of the concept of Adopt -A- Street, similar to Adopt -The -Freeway Program. There being no further questions motion by CM Sanders, seconded by CM Chastain, to approve the Items 9 through 20 with the exception of 15 and 18 as modified by the requestors. PUBLIC COMMENT Larry Dylina, former Cemetery Commissioner, voiced concerns to the sale of the Cemetery. City Manager Garcia responded and indicated that sale of the Cemetery is not under consideration at this time.
