(5) Warrants - Approved Payable Warrants #26310 to 26502, dated 07/01/99, totaling $1,301,101.86; Payable Warrants #26503 to #26688, dated 07/08/99, totaling $1,089,407.41; Payroll Warrants #197597 to #197986, dated 07/13/99, totaling $440,041.01, on file in the Finance Department. (6) Personnel/Wastewater - Approved the request for recruitment and ratification of an employee appointment to the full-time position of Wastewater Mechanic I/II in the Utility Department. (7) Personnel/Com. Dev. - Approved the request for recruitment and ratification of an employee appointment to the full-time position of Building Inspector II in the Community Development Department. (8) Personnel/Utility Dem - Approved and adopted a resolution establishing and authorizing recruitment and ratification of the new employee position of Revenue Manager in the Utility Department and deleting the existing position of Utility Financial Analyst, RESOLUTION NO.
