DeLaRosa <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />➢ Proclamation was read in support of the United Association Western Regional Training <br />Center, extending a sincere appreciation to all instructors and members of this organization. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Cook/Sanders to have Item 1 placed at the end of the <br />agenda and to advance all agenda items forward and be approved with one motion. Motion <br />carried with CM Bennett and CM DeLaRosa absent. <br />Motion/second by CM Cook/Chastain to approve all agenda items [Action Item for Resolution <br />No. R-45-99; the Consent Calendar and Items 17, 18 and 19] carried with CM Bennett and CM <br />DeLaRosa absent. <br />COUNCIL ACTION ITEM: - Approved and adopted the proposed resolution in support of <br />Assembly Bill 1475 (Soto) "Safe Routes to Schools" Program, RESOLUTION NO.
