I CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(2) Minutes - Approved Minutes for the Regular Meeting held May 18, 1999, on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. <br />(3) Warrants - Approved Payable Warrants #25182 to #25412, dated 05/13/99, totaling <br />$1,293,361.10; Payable Warrants #25413 to #25599, dated 05/20/99, totaling <br />$514,112.07; Payroll Warrants #195893 to #196267, dated 05/18/99, totaling <br />$418,474.79, on file in the Finance Department. <br />(4) Tract No. 14391-2 - Authorized the final approval and acceptance of Tract No. 14391-2, <br />Osborne Development Corporation located on the S. E. corner of Meridian and William <br />McGrath - 50 lots. <br />(5) Claim - Denied the Claim against the City submitted by Clementina Hernandez. <br />(6) Permit - Authorized the use of Fleming Park and the band shell by Colton Community <br />Childcare on Thursday, July 1, 1999, from 3:00 P. M. to 8:30 P. M., for a children's <br />program. <br />(7) Personnel/Neighborhood Services - Approved the recruitment and ratification of the <br />employee appointment to the full-time position of a Parks Crew Leader in the <br />Neighborhood Services Division, RESOLUTION NO. R-41-99. <br />(8) Agreement - Approved the Three -Years Cooperation Agreement with the County of San <br />Bernardino for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for Fiscal <br />Years 2000, 2001 and 2002, RESOLUTION NO. R-42-99. <br />(9) Traffic Signal Agreement - Approved an agreement between the City of Colton, the City <br />of San Bernardino and the Rialto Unified School District to construct a traffic signal at the <br />intersection of Pepper Avenue and Randall Avenue. <br />(10) Agreement - Approved the Unmetered Electric Service Agreement between the City of <br />Colton and Metricom, Inc. <br />(11) Infrastructure Improvements - Authorized staff to negotiate with G. W. Singletary for the <br />City of Colton to provide infrastructure improvements on Center Street in exchange for the <br />right of way dedications from the property owners. <br />(12) Travel over $1.000 per person - Authorized the Electrical Engineering Manager to travel <br />to Indianapolis, June 4-6, 1999, to attend the Gas Turbine for Principles and Applications <br />Seminar. <br />(13) Bid - Approved the award of Well No. 26 equipping contract to Pacific Hydrotech Corp., <br />in the amount of $507,600. <br />City Council Mins June 1, 1999 2 <br />
