(10) Agreement - Approved the Unmetered Electric Service Agreement between the City of Colton and Metricom, Inc. (11) Infrastructure Improvements - Authorized staff to negotiate with G. W. Singletary for the City of Colton to provide infrastructure improvements on Center Street in exchange for the right of way dedications from the property owners. (12) Travel over $1.000 per person - Authorized the Electrical Engineering Manager to travel to Indianapolis, June 4-6, 1999, to attend the Gas Turbine for Principles and Applications Seminar.
