TREASURER'S REPORTS: <br />City Treasurer Williams submitted reports for the months of October 1998; November 1998; <br />December 1998 and January 1999. Questions on non -investment accounts, negative balance and <br />deficits and investments were answered by City Treasurer Williams. <br />City Manager Garcia was directed to provide a quarterly report on the City's Credit Card Status. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Cook/Sanders to accept the City Treasurer's reports <br />for the months of October -December 1998 and January 1999, carried with no opposition. Mayor <br />Gaytan was absent. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Amendments to MOU for Storm Drain 3-5 Phase II and Consultant Services Agreement <br />Assistant City Manager Parrish made presentation and submitted the following recommendations: <br />1. Approve the amendment to Section 2.09 of the MOU stipulating that the County of San <br />Bernardino be the lead agency during the construction phase of the 3-5 Storm Drain <br />Project Phase II; <br />2. Approve the extension of the Consulting Services Agreement with the Arrowhead <br />Management Group for Traffic Mitigation and Infrastructure Improvements specifically <br />to include the pre -design and design phases of Phase II of the Project 3-5 Storm Drain; <br />and, <br />3. Approve an appropriation in the amount of the $432,000 to cover the project costs <br />associated with the Consulting Services Agreement amendment to include a 10% <br />contingency. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/Cook to accept and approve staff's <br />recommendation carried with no opposition to the motion. Mayor Gaytan was absent. <br />Adjourned Meetings <br />City Manager Garcia announced that the Council Meeting would adjourn to 5:00 P. M., on <br />March 23, 1999, in Council Chambers, to follow the Redevelopment Agency meeting. He stated <br />that Council would then adjourn to March 30, 1999 at 6:30 P. M., for a Code Enforcement <br />Workshop to be held at the Community Center. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Cook/Sanders to approve the adjourned meeting <br />dates, times and locations as announced above carried with no opposition to the motion.
