I CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth read the Closed Session items and announced that the City Council would <br />meet in Closed Session to discuss the following items: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Negotiator: Dennis Morris <br />Employee Organization: IBEW <br />B. LIABILITY CLAIMS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.95 <br />Claimant: Collene Cooke <br />Agency filed against: City of Colton <br />RECESS: <br />At 9:01 P. M., Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session <br />and at 9:29 P. M., the meeting was reconvened with all Members present except for Mayor <br />Gaytan who was absent. <br />CLOSED SESSION (Continued) <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed the <br />following items: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />ACTION: Regarding IBEW, there was no reportable action. <br />B. LIABILITY CLAIMS <br />ACTION: In regard to Collene Cook, there was no reportable action taken. <br />At 9:30 P. M., Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett declared the meeting adjourned to March 23, 1999, <br />at 5:00 P. M., in Council Chambers, following the RDA Meeting, to continue discussion on Item <br />17 of the Consent Calendar. Further, the meeting adjourned to March 30, 1999 at 6:30 P.
