ADJOURNED REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />October 26, 1999 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:53 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gaytan presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />City Manager Garcia led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Sanders (appeared at 7:17 p.m.), DeLaRosa (appeared at <br />7:34 p.m.), Chastain, Cook, Grimsby, Mayor Gaytan. Also present were City Manager <br />Garcia, and City Clerk Barrera. Councilmember Bennett absent. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The period for Public Comment was closed, as there was no requests to speak. <br />ACTION ITEM: <br />1. Capital Improvement Traffic Study/Code Enforcement Update. <br />CAPTIAL IMPROVEMENT TRAFFIC STUDY <br />Daryl Parrish, Assistant City Manager, presented for Council review a summary of the City of <br />Colton Capital Infrastructure Study that included a Traffic Mitigation Fee Analysis. ACM <br />Parrish listed the areas that Council directed staff to include in their study: <br />Existing Development <br />Impact Mitigation Fee <br />Categorie <br />Parks <br />Storm Drains <br />Water <br />Wastewater <br />Trafric <br />No Existing Developmen <br />Imi)act Mitigation Fee <br />Categories <br />Police Station <br />Fire Station <br />Library <br />Civic Center <br />As a result of the direction from Council a Capital Team Project Team was formed. The <br />team members consisted of staff members Robb Steel, Tom Clarke, John Hutton, Al <br />Holliman, Greg Lantz, David Zamora, Andres Soto, and Daryl Parrish. <br />
