City Attorney Carvalho announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />the items listed below: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6: <br />Agency Negotiator: Dennis Morris <br />Employee Organization: I.B.E.W <br />B. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Review of Various Legal Services Providers <br />RECESS: <br />At 8:30 P. M., Mayor Gaytan declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session. At 10:04 P. <br />M., the meeting was reconvened with all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION (Continued) <br />City Attorney Carvalho reported that the City Council did meet in Closed Session on the <br />following Items: <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />ACTION: As to I.B.E.W., there was no reportable action taken. <br />(B) PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />ACTION: As to various legal services providers, there was no reportable action taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 10:05 P. M., Mayor Gaytan declared the regular meeting adjourned to Tuesday, September <br />28, 1999 at 6:30 P.
