Mr. Jim Gourley, SBIAA Director, presented factual information on the request for approval. Discussion had on repayment of the loans. MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/ Cook to defer the item until October 5, 1999, to follow the IVDA Board Meeting on September 29, 1999. Motion carried with no opposition. CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: City Manager Garcia announced the need to adjourn this meeting to Tuesday, September 28, 1999, for the Capital Infrastructure Study.
