(15) Mt Vernon Corridor RDA Project - Approved and adopted a resolution making findings, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33445, and consenting to the use and payment of tax increment funds for the acquisition, installation and construction of various public improvements which benefit the Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment Project and the report from the Planning Commission pursuant to Government Code Sections 65401 and 65402, RESOLUTION NO. R-26-00.
