M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Gaytan, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Fire Chief Hendrix led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Chaplain Bob Johnson led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Donald J. Grimsby <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Garcia <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />CM Richard A. DeLaRosa <br />CM Betty L. Cook <br />Mayor Karl E. Gaytan <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />Proclamation read honoring Pastor James Stovall and his service to the community.
