Bennett <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />❑ Certificate of Achievement was read and presented to Maria Isabel Jimenez for her <br />accomplishments as Student of the Month at Washington Alternative High School; Ms. <br />Jimenez accepted. <br />❑ Proclamation was read honoring Southern California International College (SCIC) & Summit <br />Career College for their contributions to the Community. <br />❑ Proclamation was read honoring Michael Berg as the Mayor's Citizen/Volunteer of the year <br />1999.
