CORRESPONDENCE: Waiver of Permit Fees - Movieland Frontier Town On the request from Gary Konrady, City Manager Garcia said the item had not been discussed with this party, nor had there been sufficient time for staff to prepare an analysis on cost fees and, additionally, the matter had not been discussed with the property owner. The matter was placed on the agenda at the urgent request of the petitioner. With consensus of Council, the matter was pulled, for return at a later date, when there are more facts.
