STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />None. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Carvalho announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss the <br />following items. <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Negotiator: Dennis Morris <br />Employee Organization: Police Rank & File, CWA, Police Management, Fire and IBEW <br />(B) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of Potential Case: 1 <br />At 7:16 P. M., Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett adjourned the general meeting to Closed Session and <br />at 8:30 P. M., the meeting was reconvened with all members present including CM Grimsby who <br />was reported absent for the general meeting but was present and in Closed Session at 7:17 P. M. <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and <br />discussed the items as announced above. <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />ACTION: There was no reportable action taken. <br />(B) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />ACTION: There was no reportable action taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 8:31 P.
