(B) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Name of Case: Timothy McClure v. City of Colton, Gerardo R. Jimenez <br />Case Number: San Bernardino Superior Court No. SCV 55421 <br />(C) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Dennis Morris <br />Employee Organizations: S.B.P.E.A. <br />At 8:47 P. M., Mayor Pro Tempore adjourned the general meeting to Closed Session and at 9:08 <br />P. M., the meeting reconvened with all Members present except for CM Grimsby who was <br />absent. It was noted that CM Grimsby was absent from the Closed Session discussion. <br />City Attorney Carvalho reported that the City Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session <br />on the items previously announced: <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Action: There was no reportable action taken. <br />(B) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Action: City Attorney Carvalho announced that the matter arose from an automobile <br />accident involving a City truck and that the Plaintiff had accepted a settlement of $23,750. <br />The settlement agreement was approved by the Council. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 9:09 P.
