Chastain <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />Assistant City Manager Parrish <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />CM Betty L. Cook <br />CM Richard A. DeLaRosa <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Deirdre H. Bennett <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />➢ The GFOA Budget Award for Excellence in Budgeting was presented to Assistant Finance <br />Director Dilu de Alwis. <br />➢ Proclamation was read declaring October 28, 2000 as Make a Difference Day. <br />➢ Proclamation - Public Power Week. [Item was pulled.]. <br />PUBLIC CONVEVIENT: <br />The following citizens addressed community concerns: Bruce C.
