CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 04, 2001 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:12 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Bennett, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Councilmember Ramos led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Chaplain Jim Hensley led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Richard A. DeLaRosa <br />CM Helen A. Ramos <br />Mayor Deirdre H. Bennett <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Parrish <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CANVASS OF ELECTION: <br />Special Municipal Election <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />CM Sarah S. Zamora <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />Motion and second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to approve and adopt the resolution by City <br />Clerk Barrera, reciting the fact of the Special Municipal Election held on November 6, 2001, <br />declaring the result and such other matters as provided by law, RESOLUTION NO. R-115-01. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />Mayor Deirdre H. Bennett called the newly elected Councilmember, John H.
