Councilmember John H. Mitchell acknowledged his family members, friends, and citizens of the community, expressing gratitude to all for their support, and made comments on individual goals and visions for the City of Colton. Members made welcoming comments. RECESS: At 6:23 p.m., Mayor Bennett declared a recess for a reception and at 6:50 p.m., the meeting was reconvened with all Members present.
