PUBLIC HEARINGS: Amendment to the General Plan — File Index No.: DGZP-51-01 This was the time and place fixed to consider an ordinance recommending a general plan amendment, zone change, and environmental determination on approximately 4.2 acres located 1,000 feet north of the northeast corner of Pepper and San Bernardino Avenue (file index number DGZP-51-01) Mayor declared the Public Hearing "Open." City Clerk declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no protests or objections were received. Community Development Director Zamora summarized the agenda report dated September 4, 2001 and submitted staff's recommendation. Motion on the resolution and ordinance carried upon unanimous vote.
