Motion carried upon unanimous vote. <br />Second Reading Zone Ordinance Text Amendment <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Ramos/Zamora to waive full reading and pass <br />second reading of ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-01, a Zone Ordinance Text Amendment <br />pertaining to revise Language in section 18.12.090 pertaining to Lot coverage in the R-1 <br />Single Residential Zone, File Index DT -44-01 Motion carried upon unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Amendment to the General Plan — File Index No.: DGZP-51-01 <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider an ordinance recommending a general <br />plan amendment, zone change, and environmental determination on approximately 4.2 <br />acres located 1,000 feet north of the northeast corner of Pepper and San Bernardino <br />Avenue (file index number DGZP-51-01) <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing "Open." <br />City Clerk declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />Community Development Director Zamora summarized the agenda report dated <br />September 4, 2001 and submitted staff's recommendation. <br />MOTION/VOTE: There being no request for public comment, motion/second by CM <br />Sanders/Ramos to terminate the Public Hearing carried upon unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Sanders to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-87-01, approving a general plan amendment to amend the land use designation of <br />certain property in the City of Colton, and waive full reading and pass first reading of <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-01, approving a change of zone C-2 (General Commercial) to <br />R-1 (single family residential) for certain property located in the City of Colton. Motion <br />on the resolution and ordinance carried upon unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the City Council: Apolinar Espudo, Jean Ferrante, <br />Jimmy Babacos, William Yahn, Marco A. Tovar and Anne Kolman. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />MOTIONIVOTE: Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to approve Consent <br />Calendar Items Nos. 8 thru 18 carried upon unanimous vote. <br />3 <br />
