MOTIONNOTE: Motion/second by CM Chastain/Ramos to approve staff's <br />recommendation carried upon with CM De La Rosa voting No. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Carvalho announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session <br />to discuss the following items: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />David Parke et al v. City of Colton <br />Case Number: SCVSS 082534 <br />At 9:29 P.M., Mayor Bennett adjourned the general meeting to Closed Session and at <br />9:56 P. M., the meeting reconvened with all Members present. <br />City Attorney Carvalho reported that the City Council did meet and did confer in Closed <br />Session on the items previously announced: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Number of Potential Cases: 1 <br />ACTION: No reportable. <br />B.
