CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />E \ CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Carvalho announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />Items A and B, but not C, of the following agenda items: <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Dennis Morris <br />Employee Organizations: S.B.P.E.A. <br />(B) PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Title: City Manager and City Attorney <br />At 7:00 P. M., Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett adjourned the general meeting to Closed Session and <br />at 8:12 P.
