Bennett <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />➢ Principal Jerry Almendarez and Assistant Principal Diane Carrion recognized the City of <br />Colton's assistance with Colton High School's presentation of "Every 15 Minutes." <br />➢ Proclamation declared the week of May 13-19, 2001 as National Police Week. <br />➢ Proclamation declared May 3, 2001 as a National Day of Prayer. <br />➢ Proclamation declared the month of May as Veterans Appreciation Month. <br />➢ Proclamation declared April 29 to May 5, 2001 as Skip a Meal for the World's Children <br />Week. <br />ORDINANCE: <br />Second Reading, Public Amendment to PERS Contract: <br />MOTIONIVOTE: Motion/second by CM Ramos/Sanders to waive full reading and pass second <br />reading of ORDINANCE NO. 0-05-01, authorizing an Amendment to the Contract between the <br />City Council Mins May 1, 2001 1 <br />
