Motion carried with CM Mitchell voting NO and CM Ramos absent. Weed Abatement This was the time and place fixed to consider the annual weed abatement program. Mayor declared the Public Hearing "Open." City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no protests or objections were received. Fire Marshal Alan Sork summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff recommendation. Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Zamora to terminate the Public Hearing. Motion carried with CM Ramos absent. Fee for Apprehension of Animals Time and place fixed to consider an ordinance and resolution establishing fees pertaining to the apprehension of animals within the city Mayor declares the Public Hearing open.
