✓ Introduction City Manager Parrish introduced new Channel 3 format prepared by <br />LaTanya Mayo. <br />✓ Introduction City Manager Parrish introduced Water/Wastewater Director Eric Fraser <br />✓ Introduction City Manager Parrish introduced Assistant Planner Ralph Rocha. <br />✓ Presentation Representative from Adelphia Cable provided an update on current <br />construction upgrades in the city that should come to a conclusion in <br />approximately six weeks. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Appeal - Case: Bob Stark - 3779 W. Placentia Lane, Colton, California <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER AN APPEAL BY BOB STARK. <br />Mayor declares the Public Hearing open. <br />Matter to be continued to March 19, 2002. <br />New Charges for Various Police and Code Enforcement Services <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider a resolution adopting certain new charges for <br />various police and code enforcement services provided by the city. <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />Police Chief Heusterberg summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/Zamora to terminate the Public Hearing. Motion carried with De <br />La Rosa absent. <br />Discussion by Council and staff followed. Motion/second by CM Ramos/Chastain to approve <br />and adopt Resolution No. R-21-02. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent. <br />Approve/Deny Taxicab Application <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO APPROVE/DENY TAXICAB APPLICATION OF AAA INLAND <br />EMPIRE CAB CO., TO PROVIDE TAXI SERVICE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5.48 OF THE <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Mayor declares the Public Hearing open. <br />City Manager Parrish requested that this item be discussed and approved after the Consent <br />Calendar is approved as Item 15 needed to be approved before action on Item 3 is taken.
