Matter to be continued to March 19, 2002. New Charges for Various Police and Code Enforcement Services This was the time and place fixed to consider a resolution adopting certain new charges for various police and code enforcement services provided by the city. Mayor declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no protests or objections were received. Police Chief Heusterberg summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff's recommendation. Motion/second by CM Ramos/Zamora to terminate the Public Hearing. Motion carried with De La Rosa absent. Discussion by Council and staff followed. Motion/second by CM Ramos/Chastain to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-21-02. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent. Approve/Deny Taxicab Application TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO APPROVE/DENY TAXICAB APPLICATION OF AAA INLAND EMPIRE CAB CO., TO PROVIDE TAXI SERVICE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5.48 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE Mayor declares the Public Hearing open.
