Director Ron Kenny summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff's recommendation. Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to terminate the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. At 6:43 p.m., Mayor Bennett announced that the item would be suspended and results of the ballot count will be announced at the end of the meeting.
