(13) Personnel/Human Resources — Approved and adopted a resolution requesting <br />reclassification for a Planning Manager, RESOLUTION NO. R-34-02. <br />(14) Amendment to Beckett Contract — Approved the amendment to the purchase option of <br />the Beckett Horse Ranch extending the application of the option payment to the <br />purchase price during the months of March and April, 2002. <br />(15) PERS Non Member - Approved and Adopted a Resolution Electing to be Subject to <br />Public Employees' Medical and Hospital Care Act only with Respect to Members of a <br />Specific Employee Organization Fixing the Employer's Contribution for Employees and <br />the Employer's Contribution for Annuitants at Different Amounts, RESOLUTION NO. R- <br />35-02. <br />(16) Waste Disposal Agreement — Approved Amendment No. 2 to the Waste Disposal <br />Agreement with the County of San Bernardino. <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />LLMD <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider a resolution declaring its intention to form the <br />Landscape and Lighting District No. 2 and to levy and collect assessments and calling a <br />property owner protest proceeding to submit to the qualified property owners within such district <br />the question of levying such assessments and establishing an assessment range formula for <br />f� such district for fiscal year 2002/2003. <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Barrera declared that the Notice of Continuation was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />Director Ron Kenny summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to terminate the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />At 6:43 p.m., Mayor Bennett announced that the item would be suspended and results of the <br />ballot count will be announced at the end of the meeting. <br />CDBG <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider prioritization and funding of Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects for fiscal year 2002/2003. <br />Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open." <br />City Clerk Barrera declared that the Affidavit of Publication was on file and reported that no <br />protests or objections were received. <br />3 <br />
