Principal Planner Andres Soto summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff's <br />recommendation. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizen addressed the City Council: Ruben Martinez, Libreria del Pueblo; Tray <br />Green, Shopping for Seniors; Fred Cordova; Leanne Drieberg, Inland Temporary Homes; <br />Joseph Rodriguez, Gang Intervention; Deborah Davis, Legal Aid Society; James Rocke, <br />Operation Handout; Katy, Partneship in industries; Bonnie O'Conner, Children's Fund;Gregory <br />Alvarado, Oldtimers Foundation. <br />PUBLIC HEARING: (cont.) <br />CDBG <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/Ramos to terminate the Public Hearing.
