Barrera, City Clerk <br />City Attorney Dean Derleth announced that the Council Members would meet in Closed Session <br />to discuss Item A. as listed below: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) <br />Number of Cases: (1) <br />At 5:08 p.m. Mayor Bennett declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session and at 6:03 <br />p.m., the Meeting was reconvened with all members present as theretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council Members did meet in Closed Session on the <br />following item: <br />A.
