Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 16, <br />2002. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation - from SANBAG - The Hunts Lane Grade Separation Project. <br />Dennis Saylor, SANBAG Project Manager and George R. Hale of Moffatt Nichol Engineers <br />presented the proposed Hunts Lane Grade Separation project. <br />City Manager Parrish requested that Consent Calendar Item No. 14 be brought forward for a <br />separate vote: <br />(14) Preliminary Design — Approved the recommended preliminary design alternative for the <br />grade separation at Hunts Lane. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/CM DeLaRosa to approve the Grade Separation Design <br />at Hunts Lane. Unanimous Vote. <br />• Presentation- Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Plaque. <br />City Finance Director Dilu de Alwis announced that for the second year, the City was awarded <br />the Government Finance Association Award. The Distinguished Budget Presentation Award <br />plaque was presented to Senior Accountant Rod Yanke for his dedication and enthusiasm, <br />without which we would not have received this award. <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />CUA/Stormwater Management <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider a Resolution amending the basic fee for <br />Stormwater Management and the Stormwater Management fee. <br />2 <br />
