Councilmember Ramon M. Hernandez acknowledged his family members, friends, and citizens <br />of the community, expressing gratitude to all for their support, and made comments on <br />individual goals and visions for the City of Colton. Members made welcoming comments. <br />RECESS: <br />At 6:22 p.m., Mayor Bennett declared a recess for a reception and at 6:38 p.m., the meeting <br />was reconvened with all Members present there from, with CM Ramos absent from the dais. <br />Councilmember Hernandez assumed his place at the dais. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />CM Ramon M.
